Weights and Weight Bench - Exercise Equipment

This Men's Health fitness bench features five adjustable positions; upright, flat, incline, and decline settings. It is the ideal bench for dumbbells and abdominal exercises. 

This set includes detachable preacher curl and leg curl functions. 

Along with the fitness bench comes a 50kg cast barbell dumbbell set from Pro Fitness. You can combine weights to add extra intensity to your workout. They are great for improving muscle strength, tone and definition.
